Verify Your Measurements

Before finalizing your purchase, verify your measurements and clearance. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping Areas

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Shipping Vendors

Your item(s) will be shipped by UPS (regular residential delivery) or TForce (freight delivery on a pallet). You will be able to select your shipping method and price options during checkout. 

    • UPS will deliver small and/or lightweight items such as the tabletop accessories.
    • TForce (subsidiary of UPS) will deliver large/heavy orders such as the tables and dining sets.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number and link in the order confirmation email.

TForce Freight Delivery

    • TForce will call you to schedule your delivery.
    • Freight deliveries will arrive on a pallet. The shipment will be dropped off in your driveway, if easily accessible. Otherwise, the pallet will be delivered curbside. You will need to unpack, remove the packaging and dispose of the pallet. This shipping method is by far less expensive than using regular UPS residential delivery. 
    • Please open and inspect your shipment at delivery while the driver is still present. If damage has occurred to the packaging, refuse acceptance of the shipment. Take photos of the damaged areas and email them to us (ciao@tedescorosa.com). We cannot be held accountable for damage that is reported after the driver has released the shipment. We will work with you to replace or repair the damage.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand it can take a couple days to a couple weeks to discover an issue. Contact us within two weeks to resolve your concern. Worn, altered or damaged items may be refused or result in adjustments to your refund.

Returns

If your item(s) don’t work for you because of style, size or personal preference, we’ll coordinate a return subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original receipt is required.

In Case of Damage or Quality Issue

If an item is unsatisfactory, we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Send us photos (ciao@tedescorosa.com) within two weeks so we can determine if replacement part(s) will resolve the issue.
