Our walnut and white oak are sourced from sustainable farms in the Kentucky region. The farm owners take great pride and care in their products. Solid wood furniture is revered for its strength and durability. Walnut is admired for its rich, dark color and white oak is known for its natural, golden hues. Both woods are dense, absorb shock well and resist decay.

We chose carbon steel for its strength and pliability. It has a handsome finish and is more durable compared to other metals — having a higher tensile strength than stainless steel. Carbon steel is also sustainable and easy to recycle and reuse. The carbon steel measures .1875 to .375 gauge.

Our craftsmen skillfully hand sand each piece of wood for precise measurements. The tabletop pieces are hand-sanded for approximately six hours to reveal the exquisite wood grains. They apply three layers of catalyzed lacquer by hand in 2-hour increments to ensure a consistent and clear color.

The powder coat finish on the carbon steel increases durability, creates a polished finish, and gives customers a luxurious range of color choices. Powder coating is applied electrostatically and then cured under heat to create a hard finish, tougher than conventional paint.
